P8pg Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

For the purposes of this document, the terms below carry the following meanings when used in the Terms and Conditions of p8pg:

• "Platform" — the p8pg.best website, the native apps for Android and iOS, and any other digital channel operated by p8pg.
• "User" or "You" — any individual over 18 years of age who creates an account and uses p8pg's services.
• "Account" — the individual profile created by the User upon registration, linked to a unique CPF and email address.
• "Balance" — the BRL amount available in the User's Account for betting, gaming, or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" — credits granted through p8pg promotions, subject to specific usage conditions and rollover requirements before becoming available for withdrawal.
• "Bet" — any Sports Betting transaction confirmed by the User on the Platform.
• "Event" — a match, competition, game, or any event type covered by p8pg for betting purposes.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process required by p8pg before the first withdrawal is processed.
• "Rollover" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
• "Pix" — an instant payment system managed by the Banco Central do Brasil, used as the primary deposit and withdrawal method at p8pg.

To create and maintain an account on p8pg, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age on the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Not appearing on any credit restriction lists or serving an active self-exclusion period on any betting platform.
• Not being an employee, collaborator, service provider, or immediate family member (spouse, parents, children) of a p8pg employee or of any partner company with privileged access to odds information.
• Not have had a previous account closed by p8pg for violation of these Terms.

Registration on p8pg is free and can be completed directly on the p8pg.best website or through the apps available for Android and iOS. To create an account, the User must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information, including full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number with area code.

Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) active account at p8pg. Duplicate accounts identified by the platform will be closed, and any balances may be held pending the conclusion of the investigation. The User is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity carried out on their account.

Identity verification (KYC) is carried out in two stages: a basic check at registration (email and phone confirmation) and a full verification before the first withdrawal, which requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address issued within the last 90 days. The KYC process is completed within 24 business hours after the correct documents are submitted.

• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — cleared within up to 1 business day after payment.
• Credit or debit card — accepted card brands as indicated on the Platform at the time of the transaction.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — instant processing via direct integration.
• TED Bank Transfer — for banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, and other Brazilian institutions.

The preferred withdrawal method at p8pg is Pix, processed within 5 minutes after the request, 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. The User must provide a Pix key (CPF, email, phone number, or random key) linked to a bank account in their name.

• The withdrawal method must match the method used for the most recent deposit, where technically applicable.
• Withdrawals above R$ 50,000.00 may be subject to additional identity and compliance verification before processing.
• P8pg reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals during security investigations or when fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Unconverted bonus balance cannot be withdrawn — only real balance and winnings from bets placed with real balance are available for withdrawal.

Where money laundering or platform misuse is suspected, p8pg may place a hold on withdrawals for up to 30 calendar days while the investigation is ongoing, in compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Sports Betting at p8pg covers sports such as football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, World Cup), volleyball (Superliga Masculina and Feminina, Nations League), basketball (NBB), MMA and UFC, and other national and international sports. Sport-specific rules are available in the Platform's help section.

• Bets are final upon confirmation by the User — manual cancellation is not possible after confirmation.
• Bet settlement is based on official results published by the governing bodies of each competition.
• In the event of cancellation or postponement of an event for more than 24 hours, all bets on that event are voided and the staked amount is returned to the balance.
• In accumulator bets, if one event is cancelled, that selection is removed from the slip and the potential return is recalculated proportionally.
• P8pg reserves the right to limit or decline bets of any amount on any market, at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided by p8pg, with the stake returned to the User.

The feature of cash-out lets you close a bet before the event ends, at the value shown at the time of the request. The cash-out amount is calculated in real time and may be lower or higher than the original stake. p8pg may suspend cash-out at certain moments during an event (VAR, referee review, technical failure) without prior notice.

The p8pg casino catalog includes slots, progressive jackpots, crash games, table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, casino poker), and a live casino with real dealers. P8pg offers promotions for both new and existing Users, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, slots tournaments, and themed promotions for sporting events. Each promotion has its own specific rules covering the following required information:

• Bonus amount or percentage and maximum cap in R$.

• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure with no possibility of reversal.

• Breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.

• Temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or third-party technical failures.
• Deposit delays caused by failures in third-party banking or payment systems.
• Unauthorized use of the User's account resulting from the User's own compromise of their password.
• Outcomes of sporting events or casino games — these results are determined by external entities and certified systems.

P8pg's total liability to any User, under any circumstances, is limited to the actual balance available in that User's account at the time the liability-triggering event occurs.

P8pg may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Significant changes will be communicated to the User with a minimum advance notice of 15 calendar days via the registered email address and through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Terms will constitute tacit acceptance of the changes. If the User does not agree with the new Terms, they must close their account before the effective date, following the procedures described in clause 11.
